Nelson E. Rincon

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Nelson is an accomplished global and multilingual executive with more than 35 years of experience. Nelson was awarded the 2020 GCIF recognition as a member of the Top 100 Global Leaders in Finance and was recently invited to become a member of the South Florida Journal - Leadership Trust, a membership exclusive to recognized leaders. Nelson has held partner and global/regional leadership roles in the big four global consulting firms for over 20 years and held C-Suite international positions in large multinationals. He has been highly regarded as an outstanding senior professional in the global M&A advisory and International tax structuring services space. He holds a bachelors of science  in public accounting in Venezuela and a masters of science in taxation from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.

Bryan Jarrard

Board Advisor, International Tax

Bryan has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience in the big four industry (Deloitte) 10 of which spent leading the global tax functions of two different oilfield service companies. He has a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, The Red McCombs School of Business

John Linders

Board Advisor, European Operations

Experienced European Regional partner (Deloitte, BDO and Ryan).  Advised Dutch and foreign multinational corporations on direct taxes, focusing on reorganizations, mergers, and takeovers.  Represented Fortune 500 corporations.  He is an attorney at law with a master’s science in Economics from the Erasmus University Erasmus University,  Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Thomas W. Janes

Board Advisor, Strategy and Markets

Mr. Janes is the CEO and Founder of Kerry Capital Advisors, a private investment firm which also acts as a senior advisor to private and public middle market companies.  


Prior to Kerry Capital Advisors, he was a Managing Director of Lincolnshire Management, Inc. and head of Lincolnshire's Boston office, which he opened in 2003.  Mr. Janes has served as a member of the Board of Directors of several Lincolnshire portfolio companies.


Prior to Lincolnshire, Mr. Janes was a co-Founder and Managing Director of Triumph Capital, where he served as a senior member of a private equity team that successfully sourced and managed approximately $1 billion in private equity capital.

Mr. Janes’ business experience includes mergers and acquisition and corporate finance transactions while serving as an investment banker with Drexel Burnham, First Boston, Lazard Freres & Co., and as a management consultant at Bain & Company.  

Mr. Janes has served on the Boards of numerous private equity-backed companies as well as the following public companies:  Alarmguard Holdings, Inc., Ascent Pediatrics, Inc., CAPE Systems, Inc., DairyMart Convenience Stores, Inc., Plymouth Opportunity REIT, and Providence Health Care, Inc.  

Mr. Janes has also served as a board member for the Harvard Business School Association of Boston, The Boston University School of Public Health and The Arthritis Foundation of Massachusetts.

Mr. Janes, a National Merit Scholar, is a graduate of Harvard College, Magna Cum Laude (B.A. 1977) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A 1981).  Mr. Janes has served as an alumni representative to the Harvard Corporation Advisory Committee on Shareholder Responsibility.

William "Barry" Wethington

Board Advisor, Energy Markets

Barry is an accomplished Oil and Gas Energy executive - he has over 25 years of global exploration, appraisal and development experience.  During his career he worked for BP Exploration across 7 different countries managing upstream developments, government and partner relations and business developments in General Manager and Vice President roles.  He also spent 6 years as a Senior Consulting Advisor to Saudi Aramco where he advised on in-country asset management and also played a key role in creating and progressing their newly formed International Gas business.  In addition to advising senior Aramco executives, he was responsible for business development in North America and Africa.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences and a Master’s degree in Energy and Mineral Resources through the Petroleum Engineering College both at the University of Texas at Austin.

Pat Avery

Board Advisor, Mining

Pat Avery has over 30 years of experience working in the industries of petroleum, chemicals, mining, fertilizer, and construction/project management.

For the first 15 years, he worked for ARCO and Santa Fe Pacific Pipelines in refining and transportation.   In the fertilizer industry, he worked for 11 years with JR Simplot, one of the largest privately held agribusiness companies in the USA, where he held senior positions across all key business units such as mining, manufacturing, supply chain, wholesale sales and energy management, managing over 1500 employees, at ten facilities, making dozens of products from chemical fertilizers, industrial products,  and water treatment. Avery was also president of Intrepid Potash, where he led all aspects of mining, manufacturing, logistics and sales. He has led several junior fertilizer companies through all key phases of growth and is currently Director of Fertoz an AUS phosphate company with major assets in North America.  He Principal and Owner of LDR Solution LLC, a consulting firm for major mining, chemical, fertilizer, project management and private equity companies.

Pat has served on several business and not-for-profit boards.


Mr. Avery studied biology and chemistry at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He studied civil engineering at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and he holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Having spent decades interfacing with Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, CBS, Westinghouse and Bank of Boston, among others, Summers has built a national reputation for integrity, honesty and transparency.

Eysa Reyes-Rincon

Mrs. Eysa Reyes-Rincon is a global executive with strong experience in the corporate finance, tax and management consulting for more than 25 years. Eysa was formerly Global Employer Services' Tax Director at Deloitte Venezuela and held multiple international Senior Financial Positions in multinational corporations. She also acted as the lead advisor in the foundation of a financial company in Panamá.  Eysa has proven experience of business transformation through new market development initiatives. As the CEO and Co-founder of AVZIRE Human Capital LTD. Mrs. Reyes-Rincon offers high level consultative recruitment solutions and work with a variety of organizations ranging from blue chip multinationals, to small and medium sized enterprises who are expanding into both their domestic and non-domestic markets. Following the successful launch of the Executive Recruitment Services for Banking & Finance Consulting, IT & Telecom, Engineering industries; Mrs. Reyes-Rincon works with her clients in all sectors on domestic and international roles, bringing her understanding of leadership for significant, wide projects, typically with large budgets and sizeable staff, focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with stakeholders.
